☀ Standard Shipping Policy:

a) Regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. We normally ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. Processing may take up to three business days. For example, if you place an order on Monday, your package will be shipped between Tuesday and Thursday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

b) We strive to deliver your hair products as quickly as possible. However, if you require the order within 72 hours, we kindly ask that you do not place an order, as we cannot guarantee such an urgent timeline. If you are planning for a hair installation, we recommend allowing at least a two-week buffer period to account for any unforeseen delays.

 

 

 

Shipment Process

☀ Order Information Confirmation

1. If the shipping address provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or contains unverified details, your order may be delayed by 1–2 business days. Please double-check all information, especially your delivery address and phone number, before completing your purchase.

2. We do not ship to P.O. Box / APO / FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address.

3. If you leave a special note for your order, we will confirm it with you first. This may also extend processing time by 1–2 business days. 


☀ Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We typically ship via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or TNT Express. Please choose the method most convenient for you when placing your order.

· Free Shipping Regions: Most European and North American countries (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands). Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days.

· Other Regions (Asia, Africa, South America): Customers are responsible for a shipping fee of $40. Delivery usually takes 8–15 business days. 


☀ International Orders

a) International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country upon arrival. The recipient is considered the importer of record and is fully responsible for these charges as well as compliance with local laws. We do not charge or collect customs fees. For details, please consult your local customs office.

b) We are not responsible for customs fees, nor can they be refunded, as these charges are imposed by your government.

c) If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, a 10% restocking fee will be charged, and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit.


☀ Address Accuracy

a) Customers are responsible for providing the correct billing and shipping address. Requests for address changes after placing the order will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. If an incorrect address results in the order being returned to our warehouse, the customer will bear the additional shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for abandoned shipments.

b) If your order cannot be canceled in time due to an incorrect address, you may return the package after receiving it. Please refer to our Return Policy for details. Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we can either reship it to the correct address or issue a refund.


☀ Tracking Your Parcel

a) A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please note that it may take several hours for the tracking information to update. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us, as they will have the most accurate information once the package has left our facility.

b) If you have experienced lost or stolen packages in the past, we recommend using your work address to ensure safe delivery.

a) Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
b) Special delivery instructions are not displayed on shipping labels. If you have specific requirements, please contact your local post office or courier directly.
c) We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier errors, incomplete addresses, customs clearance, lost or stolen packages, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information.
d) International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local customs authorities. These charges are paid directly to the carrier or government and are not collected or refunded by ORIGINAL QUEEN HAIR.
