Policies Shipping & Delivery

At 1aPrime, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.




1. Standard Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders require 1–3 business days for processing, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • For example, orders placed on Monday are typically shipped between Tuesday and Thursday.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Important Notice

  • If you need your hair urgently (within 72 hours), please do not place an order, as delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.

  • For hair installation appointments, we strongly recommend allowing at least 2 weeks of buffer time to avoid delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.




2. Order Information Confirmation

  1. Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or unverified address details may be delayed by 1–2 business days. Please carefully review your shipping address and phone number before submitting your order.

  2. P.O. Box / APO / FPO addresses are not supported. A valid physical address is required.

  3. Orders with special notes or requests may require confirmation and could result in a 1–2 business day delay.




3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time

We ship using reliable express carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT. Customers may select their preferred shipping option at checkout.

4. International Orders & Customs

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs charges and compliance with local regulations.

  • Customs duties and taxes are not charged or collected by 1aPrime and are non-refundable.

  • If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees, a 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

5. Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

  • Address change requests may be considered but cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.

  • Abandoned or refused shipments are not eligible for refunds.

If an order cannot be canceled in time due to an address error, you may return the package after delivery. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, we can either reship it to the correct address or issue a refund (see Return Policy for details).




6. Parcel Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are sent via email once the order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take several hours to appear.

  • If there is a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly first, as they manage the shipment after dispatch.

  • Customers who have experienced lost or stolen packages in the past are advised to ship orders to a secure work address when possible.




7. Important Shipping Notes

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Special delivery instructions are not printed on shipping labels. Please coordinate directly with your local carrier if needed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Weather conditions

    • Carrier errors

    • Customs inspections

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

    • Lost or stolen packages

    • Undeliverable shipments

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees and taxes imposed by their local authorities. These fees are paid directly to the carrier or government and cannot be refunded.
