How to Clean

How to Clean & Care for Human Hair

To keep your hair looking shiny, soft, and long-lasting, please follow the care instructions below.

1. Keep Hair Clean but Do Not Overwash

  • Clean your hair regularly to remove oil and product buildup.

  • Avoid washing too frequently, as excessive washing can reduce the lifespan of the hair.

2. Recommended Washing Frequency

  • It is best to wash the hair after every 5–6 wears.

  • If the hair feels oily or heavy, reduce the wearing frequency and wash earlier if necessary.

3. Detangle Before Washing

  • Gently remove tangles before washing.

  • Use a wide-tooth or pointed comb and start from the ends, working upward.

  • Be gentle to avoid shedding or breakage.

4. Soak the Hair

  • Fill a basin with lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild shampoo.

  • Place the hair into the water and let it soak for about 5 minutes.

  • Gently squeeze out excess water—do not twist or rub.

5. Wash Gently

  • Apply a small amount of shampoo to your hands and gently smooth it through the hair.

  • Wash using a downward motion, avoiding excessive rubbing or scrubbing.

  • Rinse thoroughly with clean, lukewarm water.

6. Condition the Hair

  • Apply a moderate amount of conditioner evenly through the hair.

  • Leave it on for about 5 minutes.

  • Rinse completely with clean water. Do not apply conditioner directly to knots or roots.

7. Dry Properly

  • Gently blot the hair with a towel to remove excess water.

  • Place the hair on a wig stand or lay it flat to air dry naturally.

  • If needed, use a blow dryer on low heat only.

8. Style After Fully Dry

  • Do not comb the hair while it is wet.

  • Once completely dry, gently comb the hair to remove any tangles.

  • You may use curling irons, straighteners, or rollers as desired.

  • Finish with a light wig spray or styling product for hold and shine.

Care Tips:

  • Always use low to medium heat when styling.

  • Avoid excessive heat and heavy styling products to maintain hair quality and longevity.
